Improving workouts through real-time heart rate tracking
HRM Fit Club is a native social mobile app that helps athletes and their coaches measure the effectiveness of training based on the heart rate achieved during exercise. The product is based on the orange theory, where 5 zones of the heartbeat have been distinguished, in which a person achieves the effects of fat burning.
The mobile app allows users to record their training sessions while running in the background to analyze their results later and also to share them with other athletes, through the sharing functions.

I planned and executed the design process, starting with an audit of the current app to expose areas for improvement. Together with stakeholders, I conducted ideation and prioritization workshops to define the MVP scope and lead the development roadmap. Finally, I delivered detailed Lo-Fi and Hi-Fi screens and prepared a hand-off package for the dev team.
